Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Quality is at the top of the list here and we're confident that you'll absolutely love our products. If you do have any issue with our items, please fill in our Returns Form

 

  1. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can send it back to us in the original packaging within 14 days and a refund will be processed minus the delivery cost. Returned parcels without any particular fault are returned at your own cost. 
  2. If there is an issue or fault with the composition of the product, please send it back to us or contact us for return label and we will issue a full refund

When returning any item(s) back to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a courier which provides tracking to ensure that your item does not get lost. Please ensure that returning items are well packed to prevent any damages.

The Sleek Company holds no liability for any damages or defects to goods that are caused by circumstances beyond it's reasonable control. All items that are returned to us will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged, used or washed, no refund will be made.

*If you are returning any item(s) back to us due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of return. If you are returning an item which does not have any manufacturing fault, you will be liable for the cost of return.

The Sleek Company have no liability to you for any delay in delivery, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. During transport network delays, strikes and adverse weather conditions The Sleek Company will endeavour to keep you updated with the extent of any delays.



Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
